Music is an art form that every child should be able to benefit from. Music education brings creativity, discipline, resilience and self-worth to a child. But, sadly, not every kid that wants to play music gets the chance to do so. Mostly because of lack of financial resources, or music programs being cut from school curriculum for lack of funding.

The Tabarrini Foundation aims to enrich and transform the lives of deserving children in Southwest Florida, by nurturing them in the joy of making music through group and private guitar lessons.

MUSIC LESSONS

Every student accepted into our program is provided weekly group lessons, and is eligible to continue until he or she is 18 years of age.

The goal of the Tabarrini Foundation is to provide students with musical instruments AND music education that they would not otherwise have the means for.

We are happy to be partnering with School of Rock in Fort Myers for music instruction. All instructors are local, professional musicians. They truly care about the future of music and the development of young musicians.

Want to get involved? Give your time, donate used guitars, sponsor a child or make a monetary donation to this worthy cause. Help us in continuing to bring music education and musical instruments to deserving children in  Southwest Florida.

It help can make a difference in a child’s life.

The Lewis P. Tabarrini Children’s Music Outreach Foundation scholarships are given in loving memory of Dennis Bedard, Tag Graves, Billy Worsham and Tommy Kollman. They were not only all  talented and loved musicians, but near and dear to all of us, and joined us in our quest to bring music into children’s lives in Southwest Florida.

These scholarships provide the recipient with ongoing, private, weekly music lessons at School of Rock Fort Myers, awarded to our current students who have shown exceptional talent and a great desire to play.
